Storage and packaging of olive
oil is a very important aspect to best preserve
the integrity of a fine oil.
Diana Olive Oil pays particular attention to the
way in which olive oil is stored and bottled.
Storage of bulk product is in stainless steel
tanks with nitrogen gassing features as to blanket
the product from air. Storage tanks are in a controlled
temperature room and the ambient temperature is
maintained below 21 degrees celcius.
The extra virgin olive oil is then pumped to an
automatic filling line equipped with state of
the art bottle rinsing and filling features for
filling, capping and labelling. Special provisions
have been made to accommodate various bottle and
closure styles.
Through our newly formed company ‘Oleapak
Pty Ltd” we are able to offer professional
bulk storage and bottling of extra virgin olive
oil in our purpose built facility. Oleapak has
also embarked on a HACCP Food Safe accreditation
plan.
